A good meeting is when all the participants are engaged in solving challenges together, and thereafter follow up the conclusions of the meeting!
Some issues are quite complex and require the team to be able to align competing perspectives and intentions. When team members are able to bring out to listen to each other perspectives and intentions, they bring out the best in each other and create alignment around a common direction.
