Meeting facilitation: Engaged collaboration on specific issues

What makes for a good meeting?

A good meeting is when all the participants are engaged in solving challenges together, and thereafter follow up the conclusions of the meeting!

What is the challenge?

Some issues are quite complex and require the team to be able to align competing perspectives and intentions. When team members are able to bring out to listen to each other perspectives and intentions, they bring out the best in each other and create alignment around a common direction.

How can we help you?

Through meeting design and facilitation we can help everyone involved to be fully engaged in the meeting. We use our competence in reflection and communication to assure that participants are able to take responsibility, resolve differences, come to a common understanding.

What is our theoretical foundation?

The foundation for our work as facilitators is a deep understanding of the factors that drive engagement. We have many years' of experience using Self-Determination Theory (SDT) to help both individuals and teams. SDT has been validated in thousands of studies conducted around the world, and is the most widely established framework for understanding motivation and engagement. It is used in both Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organisations, educators, health professionals and leaders in Europe, the US and Asia.
